Robert Kullbom

Robert E. "Bob" Kullbom, age 88, passed away on July 14, 2024.

He was born November 25, 1935, in Oakland, IA. Bob graduated from Oakland High School with the class of 1954 and proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Iowa Western Community College as an instructor in automotive technology. Bob was a member of Salem United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Blanche and Horace Leader; brother, Dwight Kullbom.

Robert is survived by his wife of 65 years, Connie Kullbom; daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn & Dan Kellner and Cheryl & Chad Geary; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard & Dori Kullbom and Steve & Judy Kullbom; 6 grandchildren, Jason (Brooke) Johnson, Danielle (Brett) Miller, Logan (Amelia) Kellner, Dylan (Lexi) Kellner, Brian (Katie) Geary, and Brett (Ashlyn) Geary; and 13 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, July 20, 2024.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, July 20, 2024. The family will direct memorials.
