Robin Jo Brierly

Robin Jo (Brittain) Brierly, age 65, of Carson, IA passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026 at home, surrounded by her loved ones.

Robin was born on October 28, 1960 in San Bernardino, CA to the late Dwight and Phyllis (Graves) Brittain. She was one of 15 kids. Robin moved to Iowa in the 1980's where she stayed to raise her family. She worked at Tyson Foods as a Supervisor for over 20 years, retiring in 2024. Robin enjoyed dancing, playing bingo, karaoke and painting parties. Her passion was taking care of her grandkids and great grandkids.

Robin was preceded in death by her parents, Dwight and Phyllis Brittain and her brother, Dwight Brittain.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Brierly; her 3 children, Tiffany (Gene) Butler, William (Tina) Gaytan and Fransisca Ogdahl; 8 grandchildren, Dakota (Shelbey) Ruby, Jayden Thompson, Andrew Gaytan, Mariah Gaytan, Corey (Casey) Gaytan, Serenity Gaytan, Brandon Davis (Lonna), Trey Gaytan and 5 great-grandchildren.

A remembrance celebration will be held at a later date.
