Roderick Paul Huss

Roderick Paul Huss, age 82, died peacefully on October 5, 2022.

He was born January 15, 1940, to the late Jacob and Leona (McCann) Huss in Iowa City, IA. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Navy and retired from Kiewit.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Kelley; siblings, Grace Huss, Robert Huss, and Charles Huss; sisters-in-law, Virginia Rhoads and Debra Means.

Roderick is survived by his wife, Rebecca Huss; granddaughter, Ashley Huss; children, Michael (Elisa) Huss, Steven Huss, James Huss, Paula (C.J.) Salas, David Huss, Mark Nielson, Angela Nielson, and Amanda Nielson; sister, Dorothy Harris; grandchildren, Jesse Salas, Cassandra Salas, Candice Redman, Alex Huss, Zachary Parker, Brenden Huss, Jesse Huss, Yasmeen Arnold, Adrianne Huss, Michael (Laney) Ware, Makayla Ware, Gage Oddo, Schane (Makayla) Adams, and Nevaeh Rhoads; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
