Roger Wilson McCoy, age 81, passed away peacefully June 22, 2023.
He was born July 11, 1941, to the late Harold and Edna (Hatcher) McCoy in Missouri Valley, IA.
Roger proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and retired from Northwestern Bell. He was a member of Saint Patrick's Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Ella Mae "Bunny" McCoy; sister, Barbara Acrea; and grandson, Dane McCoy.
Roger is survived by his children, Lisa (Paul) Bryan, Robert (Jackie) McCoy, and Greg (Sara) McCoy; sisters, Betty (Bob) Thomasson and Carol Gibson; grandchildren, Blake McCoy, Madison McCoy, Olivia McCoy, Reece McCoy, and Sawyer McCoy; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery.
