Ronald A. Jacobs

Ronald A. Jacobs, age 77 of Griswold, Iowa passed away December 23, 2013. He was born in Burlington, Iowa on June 27, 1936 to the late Harold and Dorothy Jacobs. He worked for Henningsen Construction for many years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, David Jacobs; brothers, Harry and Jim Jacobs; sister, Shirley Coco. Ronald is survived by his wife Luella Lu Jacobs; children, Susan Leeman (Mike), Scott Morris (Angie), Debbie Rogers (Roy), Randy Jacobs (Pauline), Jill Jacobs, Kim VanRaechel (Neal), Larry Jacobs, Ronnie Jacobs; step-son, Cliff Boling; sisters, Patty Burgess and Linda Barr (Virgil); brothers, Alan Jacobs (Charlene) and Steve Jacobs (Shirley); grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation is Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral is Friday 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery at Belle Plaine, Iowa.
