Rose Marie Stafford

Rose Marie Stafford of Council Bluffs passed away October 27, 2012. She was born February 24, 1931 near Mondamin, Iowa to the late Joseph & Eva (Hammer) Niles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Robert L. Scott, 2nd husband, Paul R. Stafford. Rose is survived by her children, Ronnie Scott (Janis), Donnie Scott, Jerry Scott (Jane), Kevin Scott (Christine), Lorrie Dilts (Don), Ray Stafford (Elizabeth); brother, Philip Niles; sister, Carolyn Turner; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. Visitation is Tuesday 10-11AM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Cortege will leave the funeral home at 11AM for graveside services in the Garner Township Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to AseraCare Hospice.
