Roxanne C. Williams, age 79, passed away December 27, 2022.
She was born December 21, 1943, to Roy and Ruth (Baer) Vaughn in Council Bluffs, IA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Farrel Williams.
Roxanne is survived by daughters, Dawn Williams, Robin Ortner, Cindy Williams, Vicki Williams, Tracy Rachwalik, Nikki Keenan; and son, Troy Peterson; 13 loving grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, December 30, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
