Ruth E. Palmer

Ruth E. Palmer, age 87 of Council Bluffs passed away November 8, 2012 at her home. She was born in Council Bluffs on September 24, 1925 to the late Rollie & Rose (Schaller) Falknor. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Red Brinkman; 2nd husband, Paul Palmer; brothers, Bobby and Clare Falknor, daughter, Janet Lewis Fritz, grandson, Jeff Lewis; granddaughter, Michelle Anderson. Ruth is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Richard Schraeder and Jean and Richard Anderson; sister, Thora Kephart; brothers, Lowell Falknor (Linda) and Darwin Falknor (Betty); 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Monday 6-8PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Tuesday for a procession to leave at 1PM for graveside services in Ridgewood Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
