Sandra A. Blackman

Sandra A. Blackman, age 51 of Council Bluffs passed away February 19, 2014. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska on June 6, 1962 to the late Robert and Anna Schneider. Sandy is survived by her husband, David Blackman; brother and sister-in-law, Gerry & Judy Schneider; mother-in-law, Marilyn Schuemann; father-in-law, Bob Blackman & his wife, Kathy; brother-in-law, Mark Blackman and his wife, Nee; niece, Chon Blackman; nephew, Thana Blackman; a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery followed by a luncheon in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. The family will direct memorials.
