Sandra L. Balkovec

Sandra L. Balkovec, age 63, passed away January 19, 2017.

She was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska on September 29, 1953 to Harold and Marjorie Payton. Sandra last worked as a secretary at Washington Elementary School.

She was preceded in death by her father and granddaughter, Merzedes Hart.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Robert Balkovec; children, Stacy Brown (Lenny), Travis Muellner (Sheila) and Dustin Muellner (Molly); mother, Marge Payton; brothers, Rick Payton (Janie) and Tom Payton; step-daughters, Jennie Balkovec and Jamie Balkovec; grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00p.m. on Tuesday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:30a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials in her honor.
