Sawyer Grace Godsey, age 5, of Council Bluffs passed away at home on July 17, 2017 after a courageous three and a half year battle with leukemia.
She was born in Council Bluffs on July 5, 2012.
Sawyer is survived by her mother, Kirsten Anderson; brother, Camden Anderson; grandparents, Eric and Sue Anderson, Bill and Karen Kleinbeck; great grandparents, Lincoln and Grace Kinney; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host other family and friends.
Visitation is 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 1:00p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Sawyer Grace Memorial Fund at the SAC Federal Credit Union.
