Sharon Clare Mark

Sharon C. Mark, age 75, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away September 30, 2011. She was born March 7, 1936, in Council Bluffs to the late Harry and Winifred (Sullivan) McNally. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard McNally. Sharon is survived by her husband, Melvin Mark, to whom she was married on October 31, 1966; daughters, Julie Frieze and Jayne Mark; brother, Austin "Pat" McNally and wife, Clare; sisters, Mary Boelter, Joan Bart and husband, Donald, Margaret Trouba and husband, Frank, Nancy Casson and husband, Donald; 1 granddaughter, Tatum; sister-in-law, Bonnie McNally; and a host of other family and friends. Vigil service 3 p.m. Sunday, followed by visitation with family until 5 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral Service is Monday 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, followed by a reception in the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room. The family will direct memorials.
