Sheri Lee Taylor

Sheri Lee Taylor, age 81, passed away at CHI Health Mercy Hospital on August 31, 2026.

She was born November 30, 1944 in Omaha, NE. Sheri retired from the Internal Revenue Service and was a longtime member of Timothy Lutheran Church.

Sheri was preceded in death by her mother, Maxine Todd.

Sheri is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Erin and Jim DeFrates; longtime friend, Ricky Williams; a host of other friends and extended family.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Timothy Lutheran Church on Tuesday, September 08, 2026. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Timothy Lutheran Church on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Interment will be later that afternoon at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to LWML at Timothy Lutheran Church.
