Sheryl L. Kuzmiak

Sheryl L. Kuzmiak, age 39 of Carter Lake passed away April 12, 2013. She was born December 8, 1973 in Chicago, Illinois to Rex Orton Jr. and Sharon Fabiszak. Sheryl is survived by her husband, Tim Kuzmiak; daughters, Stephanie Orton and Ashley Kuzmiak; mother, Sharon Orton; father, Rex Orton (Barb); sister, Sabrina Orton-LaVan (Scott); grandparents, Shirley Fabiszak-Peterson, Hank and Shirley Jarosinski; granddaughter, Cali Catherine Lynn Larson. Visitation is Tuesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial is Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Corpus Christi ? Holy Family Church. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family.
