Shirley Mae Baumbach

Shirley Mae Baumbach, age 86, passed away peacefully on July 24th, 2022.

She was born December 17, 1935, in Council Bluffs, IA to Theodore & Laura Voss. Shirley retired from housekeeping at Jennie Edmundson Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Marvel Baumbach; daughters, Linda Baumbach and Deborah Martin; siblings, Frederick Voss, Phyllis Miller, Rose Brandt, and Virgiline Voss.

Shirley is survived by her son, Michael (Cindy) Baumbach; stepchildren, William (Lyn) Baumbach, Bonnie McDonald; sister, Delores Schlimer; grandchildren, Arnold Martin III, Jim McDonald, Michael (Alex) McDonald, Paul Hartmann, Chad (Dawnielle) Hartmann, Jeromy (Kelli) Baumbach, Alan Bates, Amy Baumbach, Kelli Montrose, Trista (Tom) Welsh, Vicki (Nathan) Christ, Anna (Stephen) Pruett, Kateara Baumbach; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; many neices, nephews & a host of other family & friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, July 29, 2022.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, July 29, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
