Teresa Webster

Teresa Webster, age 74, passed away June 3, 2025. She was born August 10, 1950 to Arthur and Victoria (Enis) Packard in Springfield, IL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 9 siblings.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Albert "Bill" Webster; many nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at MidWest Family Worship Center (2540 6th Ave, Council Bluffs, IA) with meal to follow.
