Thomas Wesley Stuart

Thomas Stuart, age 90, passed away September 26, 2026. He was born January 26, 1936 to Ollie and Lena (Page) Stuart.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Leona (Clausen) Stuart; sisters, Arlene Bowman and Dorothy Stuart; grandson Joel Heiman, great grandson Dillion Lustgraaf and dear friends Don Thompson and Ron Dirks.

Thomas is survived by his children Jeanne (Bill) Mudge, Judy (Dean) Heiman, Steve (Amy) Stuart; grandchildren, Vern Lustgraaf (Kelly), Jamie (Billy) Athay, Josh Pettit (Lindsay) Stacie (Scott) Rinderkinecht, Ryan (Caitlin) Lustgraaf, Emily Stuart, Nathan (Kātlynn) Stuart, Kelly (Micky) Mudge, Amy (Bob) Larson, Val Tomair, and Shelly Austin; 29 great grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren; 1 niece, Kathleen (Scott) Wallin; brother and sister- in-laws; Glen Clausen (Katie Galvin), Linda (Kenny) Chollett; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be during the hour prior to the service. Internment will be in the Grange Cemetery in Honey Creek, IA. The family will direct memorials.
