Thomas Suden

Thomas "Tom" Suden, age 69, passed away peacefully at home on March 5, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was born January 29, 1956 to Melvin and Anne (Culjat) Suden.

A kind and gentle soul, he was the epitome of a "nice guy," always ready to lend a hand. Tom was a man of many talents, known especially for his exceptional carpentry skills. He graduated from St. Albert High School in 1974 and worked as a carpenter and framer. His work was the reflection of perfection.

A true outdoorsman, Tom was passionate about prospecting, and it was not uncommon for him to disappear for months at a time into the mountains of New Mexico, seeking gold. His love for prospecting was matched only by his enthusiasm for sharing stories of his adventures. All who knew Tom would agree that he was born in the wrong generation and would have thrived in an earlier era. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William "Bill" (Peggy) Suden and brother-in-law, Chuck Graeve.

Tom is survived by brothers, Ronald (Robin) Suden, Daniel Suden, Craig Suden, Steve (Natalie) Suden; sisters, Cathy Graeve, Annmarie (J.J) Marsh, Mariann (Casey) Hilderbrand; 19 nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Private family services will be held.
