Vicki Lee Jacoba, age 67, of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away peacefully on November 9, 2023.
She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on December 19, 1955 to the late Bette L & Walter D Ratliff. Vicki married Dennis R Jacoba Sr. in June, 1998 in Council Bluffs.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Michael, Patrick, David; and sister, Cindy.
Vicki is survived by her husband, Dennis R Jacoba Sr.; stepdaughter, Jennifer A Prather; stepson Dennis R Jacoba Jr.; nieces, Morgan Bailey, Logan Liewer, Melody Ratliff, Kathryn Smiles and step grandchild, Wyatt Prather.
