Vicky Woods

Vicky L. Woods, age 85, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home on September 13, 2025.

She was born June 6, 1940 in Carson, IA. Vicky was a longtime member of Gethsemane Presbyterian Church. She and her husband operated Woods Bait and Tackle in Glenwood and she also worked at multiple places around Glenwood.

She was preceded in death by brother, Lewis Meyers; grandson, Shane Woods; mother, Venita Meyers.

Vicky is survived by her husband of 66 years, Ralph Woods; children, Mike Woods (Dawn) and Mary Harris (Alan Sims); brother, David Meyers (Shirley); grandchildren, Holly Johnson (Chad), Ryan Woods (Cassie), Alex Cox (Zach), and Trinity Harris; great grandchildren, Sadey, Haley, and Finley; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Gethsemane Presbyterian Church on Friday, September 19, 2025. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Gethsemane Presbyterian Church on Friday, September 19, 2025. Memorials are suggested to Gethsemane Presbyterian Church.
