Virgil James Wittstruck

Virgil James Wittstruck, age 60, passed away on March 18, 2023.

He was born June 25, 1962, to the late Donald and Dorothy (Reichart) Wittstruck in Council Bluffs, IA. Virgil graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School with the class of 1981. He worked for over 27 years at Wendy's and has been at Wal-Mart on North 16th Street since it opened.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Gregory Wittstruck and Terry Wittstruck.

Virgil is survived by his sister, Diana (Jeffrey) Knowlton; brother, Donald (Karen) Wittstruck; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. 

Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. The family will direct memorials.
