Wanda Leaders

Wanda Leaders, age 96, passed away peacefully at Bethany Heights September 27, 2022.

She was born August 12, 1926, to the late Henry and Bessie (Schrader) Volkers in Bloomfield, NE. Wanda was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Leaders; son, Robert Leaders; siblings, Helen Volkers, Ward Volkers, Velda Jacobs, Verlyn Jacobs, and Hazel Frieboes; granddaughter, Jamie Leaders; great grandson, Caleb Robert Davis.

Wanda is survived by her children, Steve (Marge) Leaders, Kathy (Wayne) Fober, Dean (Vicki) Leaders, and Shirley (Peter) Smith; daughter-in-law, Carol Leaders; 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Sunday, October 2, 2022.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM at Broadway United Methodist Church on Monday, October 3, 2022. Interment is in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Broadway United Methodist Church.
