Wayne Alan Madison

Wayne Alan Madison, age 83, of Carter Lake, Iowa passed away January 7, 2015 at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Madison; parents, Orville and Ethel Madison; sister, Janice Embree; and son, Donald Brooks. He is survived by daughters, Kelli Zarifis and Cindy Madison; sons, Kevin Madison, Terry Madison, Larry Brooks and Kelly Brooks; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Gordon Madison, Robert Madison and Richard Madison; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. It was Waynes wish to be cremated with no services.
